Where should you focus change?

So, today’s blog is quite simple, where should you focus your change efforts?

This is an often overlooked aspect of internal change projects and was a focus for discussion during my presentation to the CPA Society Executives at CPA SEA in Florida last week. I hope you find this useful, quick wins first and don’t waste your time with people who are not willing or able to engage…they’ll either become irrelevant or be forced to adjust to the new conditions created by groups 1 and 2..
