I was speaking with a colleague in the Middle East this week and it never ceases to surprise me that there is still confusion around data, information and knowledge – the prevailing opinion being that all three can be managed without the need for people (taking human agency out of the system).
Hmmm… I’m not going to get into another rant on the Data-Information-Knowledge-Wisdom flow, but I thought this infographic might help.
