These innovative courses explore the design and development of organisational knowledge and learning processes. The focus is on the environment and the way it informs strategic and operational objectives within the organisation. The courses look to build understanding of system design, diagnostics and development. They are driven by strategic and operational value and the development of a management approach that appreciates the needs of the individual, the needs of the organisation and the processes that bind the two together. The learning methods are highly interactive, using practical approaches that can be transferred into the workplace. The courses are dynamic and present the work and practice of public, private and third sector organisations from a variety of industries and countries. All courses utilise the K-CoreTM Method, an industry-leading toolkit informed by applied research from the University of Edinburgh; all case examples are derived from consulting engagements conducted by the instructors. |
