Hello all,
I’m travelling quite a bit over the next few months and I have built in some free time, if anyone would like to meet up and chat all things knowledge, learning and management:
Henley (UK): February 28th – March 1st
Kuwait: April 23rd – 25th
Helsinki: April 26th – 28th
Indianapolis: April 29th – May 4th *Available with Peter Evans*
Washington DC/Norfolk (VA): May 5th – May 11th *Available with Brian Moon*
Bogota: May 15th – May 16th
Indianapolis: May 22nd – May 25th
If anyone is interested, I’m always looking for a good cup of cappuccino.
Some criteria for consideration:
- Espresso – strong and not limited to a single shot that barely flavours the milk
- Espresso II – the espresso shot has to have a healthy head of caramel on top (18-24 second extraction time)
- Creamy foam (no sea foam in sight)
- Perfect distribution (one third espresso, one third milk, one third foam)
- Pour (milk through the middle of the espresso, forcing the coffee up the side of the cup to produce a ring of coffee around the lip of the cup)
- Foam that can hold a cube of sugar, so that is gracefully slips through to the coffee
- Temperature – warm, so you can enjoy the freshness of the work, not scolding, where you have to wait 15 minutes to get to the espresso – also, if it is that hot then the milk is burnt!
Yes, I am a coffee geek
